Reservation. Please make a reservation through the form on-line. In a short time we will send e-mail confirmation of the availability and the requested custom quote.
The booking confirmation. To confirm your reservation you must send a deposit equal to 30% of the total, to be carried out using one of the following methods: "bank transfer", "Paypal" or "Western Union".
Please note that for bank transfers sent from countries not included in the EURO currency, you have to add € 20 for bank charges. Instead if you choose Paypal please add 5% more. No any charges if you are using the Western Union payment.
It is recommended to send the payment receipt via e-mail. Upon receipt of payment we will send confirmation by e-mail.
Balance. The outstanding 70% balance is pleasing at the time of arrival (in cash in €uro currency).
Cancellation Policy. No any penalty in case of cancellation. The deposit of 30% is not refunded. In case of late arrival or early departure will be charged the full price agreed.
Check-in. The arrival time is preferably from 14.00 to 16.00. There is not a reception service, but you can request custom time. In this case please communicate your preference to mobile (+39) 347 4747377. It necessary to present an identity document valid for each guest, for registration under the applicable laws.
Check-out. The departure time is before 11.00 hours. In the event that has been disentangled the room by 12.00 you will be charged an additional day's stay.
Optional extras. Are available upon request extra service as bed and breakfast (B & B), half board (lunch or dinner), full board (lunch and dinner) and car parking. More details in the rates page.
Cleaning Time. The cleaning of the room and the bathroom are made exclusively in the morning at 11.00. In cases where the room is occupied in this time, the cleaning will be carried out the next day. The bed linen is made at each change of client and every three days, while the towels every two days.
Behaviour standards. DAL MUSICISTA GUEST HOUSE is part of a small building, we ask guests to behave in a civilized manner, no loud noises aloud that will disturb the tranquility of others in the building.
No smoking in the room. Only permitted on the balcony where there is an ashtray. For safety measures it is forbidden to light fires, candles, electric stove etc. No pets allowed. The room is not to be used for the preparation of meals of any kind and food is not allowed to be consumed inside. Not allowed to bring other people in the room, other than those officially registered. It is not permitted to take out any object part of the room and bathroom, unless our specific approval.
DAL MUSICISTA GUEST HOUSE has the authority to remove people who have gone excessive disturbance to the condominium or do not comply with these Rules.
By booking you agree to accept in full the content of these Rules.
